Conference participation is free of charge for participants without a contribution.
For authors, the registration fee is EUR 200, or EUR 100 for students and retired participants. At least one author of an accepted contribution must register as an author, pay the registration fee, and present the contribution. The deadline for author registration is 15 August 2026.
Payment instructions will be sent to authors by email after registration.
Conference participants will receive a European Certificate of Attendance from the AccessibleEU Centre.
